Çelebi Ground Handling is a founding member of the international consortium AVIANCE, formed by prominent ground handling companies operating in 6 countries. The aim is developing the international service standards as well as improving the service quality.

Çelebi Ground Handling established a quality management system covering all the departments of the Company. In 2003, the Company was certified with the TÜV-Rheinland ISO9001: 2000, having a world wide accreditation.
Since the year 2000, Çelebi adopted the AHS 1000 service quality measurement system that is commonly preferred in the civil aviation world. AHS 1000 is a system determining the measurable quality criteria and reporting. Moreover, in 2004 Çelebi Ground Handling was qualified for the IATA AHM804 Certificate at six major stations. This certificate has a world wide reputation, and is the proof of the existence and the effectiveness of a system measuring service quality and reporting.

SAP modules, one of the most developed software are being used in Çelebi Ground Handling. The check-in procedures at the İstanbul station are done electronically, like many important airports in the world. This system will become more widespread as the airport authorities provide the necessary infrastructure.
